Marketing Specialist (Jeddah)

The marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.  He/she will use various tools for online marketing such as websites, written and audio blogs as well as videos, also cooperates in his/her work with various departments such as graphic design and sales management and conducts promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing manager to help improve the organization's position in the market and increase sales volume through strategic plans.

Main Responsibilities

Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods.

Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.

Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.

Assist in content marketing strategies to grow the user base in the Middle East

Assist in overall monthly and campaign-level reporting of marketing KPI performance

Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.

Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners & work with the creative team on branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Plan and conduct marketing automation activities.

Prepare social media content for different platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and other platforms & manage social media accounts.

Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
